WHAT WE DO
Working to improve the lives of the underprivileged
RACH Foundation develops and supports community-based initiatives that provide sustainable solutions for the social and economic development of historically underprivileged communities, mainly in slum locations in India, allowing beneficiaries to take control of, and responsibility for, their own lives.
Funding and support is directed to four core areas of interest:
- Education
- Healthcare
- Essential infrastructure and services
- Social integration
RACH Foundation operates in association with existing programs as well as through the initiation of start-up projects.
RACH Foundation works closely with several NGOs, grassroots organizations, educational institutes, healthcare providers, community agencies, donors and volunteers to achieve its goals, and involves the local communities in every stage of its projects.
RACH Foundation also supports other institutions pursuing like-minded objectives, such as the Red Crescent Society, King Hussein Cancer Hospital in Jordan, Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, Jagannath Cancer Aid Foundation in India, University of Lucknow in India, Dharma Bharthi Education Trust in India, Le Martinez School in India, and the Begumat Royal Family of Avadh, India.
